Visitors land on your site, explore information, determine if they want to contact, fill out a contact form, call or buy. If they leave at any point during their browsing process, it could be a potential customer gone for good.
We are constantly creating links that have an unknown shelf life. With social media, sending links out on Twitter, our links could potentially be out there on the internet for years just waiting for someone to find them.
On May 19th, 2009 Andy Halko spoke on a panel about Analytics at the Interaction 2009 conference. The presentation brought expertise on analytics from traditional media, web and e-mail.
